ERGF Governance and Transparency Documents
Trust. For most donors, it is the top thing they value, even ahead of a non-profit’s mission.
If you don’t know us already, how can you Trust us? Transparency. ERGF believes every non-profit should go beyond state or federally mandated minimum disclosure rules.
To earn Trust, ERGF is organized under a Circle of Accountability - Officers are accountable to the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors are accountable to our Stakeholders (i.e., you).
As part of our commitment to Transparency, below are links to our tax returns, governing documents, and internal policies. If there are other documents or policies you think should be included, feel free to contact us and let us know. Our aim is to be more transparent than other non-profits, as we believe it is the right thing to do. Even if you do not partner with us, ask whether your preferred non-profit is as transparent as they should be.
NOTE: This page is still under construction. Links to the described documents are being added gradually as the documents are made browser-ready.

From managing mineral and royalty rights in 8 US States, to conducting oil and gas site visits and producing educational content, ERGF is committed to making sure your dollars go towards our programs, not bloated salaries and overhead. In fact, you won’t find executives making hundreds of thousands of dollars, or high-priced outside fundraising companies, in our budget. Just a grassroots commitment to financial discipline.
