Help us make a difference. Please consider donating today!
Your donation is primarily used to fund our core Programs. Please read about these projects to learn more about how donation dollars are used.
Unlike many non-profit organizations, donation dollars are applied primarily to our core programs, and not for general operating expenses, salaries, or marketing. We do not contract outside fundraisers or send mass email or mail solicitations. We are careful with our dollars and if you did receive mail from us, it is because we believe that you may own mineral rights and have an interest in learning more about our organization. If nothing else, we hope you find the website educational and invite you to contact us with any feedback.
Online donations are processed securely through PayPal and Squarespace Payments. Donations may also be mailed to our PO Box.
Please see below for information on Mineral Donations and donating through your Donor Advised Fund (DAF).
Earth Resource Guardian Foundation has a policy against non-recurring monthly donations. Please click the link below to learn more.

Earth Resource Guardian Foundation is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Donor trust is one of our top priorities. We believe that every non-profit owes their donors a duty to go beyond the minimum required by law. You won’t see a “Donor Bill of Rights” here - That is just a misleading buzzword a lot of non-profits use to make required minimum disclosures look like something more. Instead, you’ll find our Governance and Transparency page. It’s an entire page with links to our tax returns, internal governing documents, by-laws, and other information. It goes well beyond the required minimum or what most non-profits call a Bill of Rights. Why? Because donor TRUST is a priority. And it’s just the right thing to do.
