Earth Resource Guardian Foundation (ERGF) was created to be a different type of conservation organization. Our primary focus is on the stewardship and conservation of oil and natural gas resources. When produced, we advocate for increased protection of groundwater, surface water, flora and fauna, air and sky.
To accomplish our goals, we aim to oversee the responsible management of minerals in order to exercise more control on how our resources are developed. To our knowledge, we are one of the only non-profit organizations proactively working to this end. While many non-profits may own mineral rights, these groups typically view the minerals as an income stream to fund their other programs.
