Oil and Gas Overview: Leon County, Texas

Leon County, Texas is a prolific producer of natural gas. Besides drilling, there are other impactful activities such as pipeline construction, oil and gas trucking, natural gas flaring, and the like. Activity does not seem to be slowing down in this County, either. What’s that odd smell in the air? Hopefully not Hydrogen Sulfide. It’s a potentially deadly gas often found around oil and gas wellsites.
