Oil and Gas Overview: Irion County, Texas

Irion County, Texas is a prolific producer of oil and natural gas. Besides oil and gas drilling, there are other impactful activities such as pipeline construction, oil and gas trucking, natural gas flaring, and the like. What’s that odd smell in the air? Hopefully not Hydrogen Sulfide…It is a potentially deadly gas sometimes found around oil and gas well sites.
