Oil and Gas Overview: Gregg County, Texas

Gregg County, Texas is an oil and gas producing county in East Texas. While it is not a major producer today, the county sees a large environmental impact from ancillary services - pipeline work, trucking, wastewater disposal, and the like. The County also has a long history relating to the oil and gas industry, and likely contains many old wellsites that have not been properly maintained.
